I live in Seattle and just booked a car remotely for my elderly parents who realized they had forgotten to arrange transportation when they arrived at Houston Airport. My mother called me frantic from baggage claim and didn't know what to do (they were not comfortable renting a car to drive themselves in an unfamiliar city). I told my mom to hang on and I did a quick Internet search and found Limo Move. The booking was instant and confirmed via email and text. The company texted me a few minutes later to coordinate picking up my parents, and I described what they were wearing and where they were standing. I then stayed on the phone with my mother to make sure that they found the driver. A few minutes later a nice gentleman walked up and greeted my parents by their full names. He had parked the car and recognized them from the description I provided. I was so relieved and my mom and dad were all set and safe! I greatly appreciate this company for being sympathetic to the situation my parents were in and taking care of them all while I was at the computer a few thousand miles away!
